I used to teach second grade and knew I had picked the wrong profession when I took more delight in decorating the bulletin boards in my class room then teaching my second graders weights and measures. Eventually they learned how many cups in a pint and how many pints in a quart, but not until I surrounded them with beautiful bulletin boards.
I finally realized that Interior Design was where I needed to be, so I took myself back to school, got my design degree and never looked back — at least until now. I thought that I would combine my love for teaching children with my love for design, and see what it produces here, as a guest blogger.
