Getting the Most Out of a Warehouse Sale

Posted on July 16th, 2009 by Toms Price Home.

Do you have the inside scoop on how to shop a warehouse sale? Share it with others here.

Toms-Price has a big furniture and rug warehouse sale coming up this weekend, July 18 and 19, at the Bloomingdale warehouse/outlet location. I’d love to hear what all of you think of these warehouse sales.

Thanks to Jan at Design Dose for posting about it!

Be open minded. When I go to a warehouse sale, I don't go looking for one thing. I like to see what is available at a good price, and then think about where in my home I can put it. I also make sure I have a lot of time. I don't want to rush my decision when making a larger purchase such as furniture.

1- Know the dimensions of your room
2- If your shopping for a living room rug, know the size of your sofa
3- Make sure the color of your item, will work in your room

Bring your check book. It helps facilitate the sale faster.
Talk to a designer. They are very qualified.
If you love it, buy it now. It won't be there tomorrow.
