Fashion and I

It was almost to the point where fashion and I were parting company. It had been a long time since I had gone shopping and found anything I was inspired to buy. Everything seemed too frivolous and flimsy or too dowdy and tired. But then I leafed through the pages of some magazines and felt a definite prick of interest.
Coincidence? I think not.
