Moving Every Which Way

Posted on October 9th, 2007 by Toms Price Home.

Having just furnished the model condo shown below, now we will be dressing up a place in the newly-renovated historic courthouse building. If you look out this window, above the stuff, you can see the old courthouse clocktower across the railroad tracks from our Wheaton store — that’s where we are headed.

The Wheaton Center for History’s annual House Walk has it on the route this Friday. Here is the URL for information about it: www.wheaton.lib.il.us/whc/

As I look at the collection of lighting, artwork and accessories we’ve put aside, I know it will disappear into the 3,500 square foot condo like water down a drain. We’ll need more boxes, more pictures, more stuff. And just as we work to fill up one space, we need to empty another to prepare for our construction project beginning soon inside the Wheaton store. We’ve been at it for a week, and we’re still emptying.
