Have you noticed all the color in your life lately? Orange and blue ipods, hot pink razor phones; washers and dryers in candy apple red, black or blue; even lawnmowers and garden tools are dressed out in sunny yellow and shiny green. Why all the intensity? Why all the brights?
Attention, of course. What better way to stand out in a crowd? Yet all of this color can give life a sort of Disney-esque quality, and with all of the hot colors and bright patterns dominating the market, many people are afraid to use them for fear their homes will end up looking like Mickey’s cottage.
