Complete refresh of an upscale senior living complex in the heart of The Glen. Leaning into the arts and crafts architecture of the building, Toms Price Home recently completed a top-to-bottom makeover that included new carpeting, furniture, lighting, wallpaper and artwork. Outside, exterior light fixtures were replaced with transitional Darlana lanterns that perfectly marry the mission style architectural details. Inside, 3 floors of new carpeting, furniture, wallpaper and artwork give this exceptional space a new look while still maintaining warmth and elegance. Special rooms for movie watching, reading, private dining and bible study all incorporate arts and crafts colors. A highlight is the custom Stickley dining table in the private dining room as well as gorgeous wallpapers throughout the residential floors. Fabrics are contract and hospitality grade, but are no less beautiful than residential textiles. Carpeting is updated and transitional while still keeping true to the extensive woodwork and mission style of the space. Overall, a refresh worthy of this extraordinary space with equally fantastic people who can be proud to call it home!
